Section 1 – Registration Agreement and Disclaimer
******Any attempts to access administrative areas without permission is concidered a criminal activity and will be reported to law enforcement agencies.
A) By registering for this electronic forum, you acknowledge that you are registering for a forum being provided for your use at no charge by Midwest Airsofters.com / Midwest Airsoft Guerillas. This forum is owned by a private person and as such these private parties reserve the right to change these rules or agreements as they wish with little or no notice to you, the end user.
B) You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.
C) Note that it is impossible for the staff or the owners of this forum to confirm the validity of posts. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. The staff and the owner of this forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well.

The owners of this forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum.
E) You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
F) After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.
G) Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
H) Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer. Members must make your very first post within the first month or 2 months otherwise your account will be deleted.

J) Midwest Airsofters and its’ staff does not endorse the use of public land, Parks, Backyards and or forest preserves for Airsoft gaming. The use of propane in any way other than its intended use, on the playing field and or at events listed here is strictly prohibited. These topics will not be allowed on the Message boards.
Section 1.1 – Prohibited Registration Actions
A) You, the end user, agree to choose a registration name that is more then two characters in length.
B) You also agree to attempt to use something original for your registration name that is not being currently used by another user.
Section 2 – Status Level Definitions
Section 2.1 – Member
A) A Member of this forum can be defined as “a user that has registered for this forum and has been accepted under the terms of the registration agreement by the owners and admin of this forum.”
Section 2.2 – Event Organizer
A) An Event Organizer can be defined as “A user that has submitted an application to admin and been accepted as a recognized and experienced event organizer that provides quality events in the Midwestern United States of America that take place on private land that is insured and utilizes safe conduct guidelines.”
Section 2.3 – Sectional Moderator A) A Sectional Moderator can be defined as “ A user that has been tasked to moderate or help police particular parts or sections of the forum.”
2.4 – Global Moderator
A) A Global Moderator can be defined as “A user that has been tasked to moderate or help police all parts and sections of the forum.
Section 2.5 – Admin / Owner
A) Admin / Owner is defined as the legal owner of this forum
Section 3 - Rights and Responsibilities
Section 3.1 – Member
A) Members have the right to express their particular opinions on this forum utilizing fact or experience to provide knowledgeable information for the good of the community.
B) Members also have the right to post on the forum in response to other posts provided that they refrain from derogatory terminology, phrases, and slander. Members shall also refrain from defamation of any persons, alive or deceased, any race, religion, or sexual orientation in a manner meant to harm or erode a person or entities reputation or business.
C) Members who do not post or log on within 6 months may be deleted.
D) Members will refrain from utilizing any form of disrespect toward Midwest Airsofters, Midwest Airsoft Guerillas, it’s moderators, staff, and other members.
Section 3.2 – Event Organizer
A) Event Organizers have the right, after being accepted by Admin as an Event Organizer, to post Events in the Event Section provided the event meets proper expectations for events in the area.
B) Upon demand, the Event Organizer will provide proof of insurance for specific event posted, a copy of written contract or agreement between Event Organizer and owner of property where the event will be held indicating that Event Organizer has permission to hold said event, and an outline of said event. These items are not meant to be prohibitive in nature, rather they are asked for in order to ensure the event is legitimate in nature and safely planned.
Section 3.3 – Moderators / Admin
A) Moderators and Admin are tasked by the owner and operator of this forum to police the posts and maintain order.
B) Moderators and Admin will work to promote the forum and adherence to it’s rules and will attempt upon finding non-compliance with rules to work with the Member to ensure compliance. If compliance is not gained in a timely fashion, or if the Member is a repeat offender, the Moderator or Admin reserve the right to change or delete the offensive post and format it to fit the standards of the forum.
C) Midwest Airsofter’s and its’ staff reserves the right to remove, at any time, unsafe, unsportsmanlike and/or disrespectful members at the staff’s discretion.
D) Admin reserves the right to refuse service to members or prospective members as they do not provide him with monetary compensation for services rendered (presentation of this forum)
Section 4 – Posting Rules and Regulations
Section 4.1 – Rules for Members and Event Organizers
A) SPAMMERS BEWARE...IF you sign up to sniff email addresses or post advertisements your account will be deleted and appropriate federal organizations will be notified. Public content is allowed by proper methods.
B) ABSOLUTLY NO bashing other members opinion are one thing but being straight out rude is another NO Racial remarks or political discussions. (They will be instantly removed)
C) Commercial Advertisements other than events must be pre approved by the administrator NO EXCEPTIONS !
D) Absolutely no trolling allowed.(Example=Come to join www.mysite.com this site is better)
E) Members posting redirect links with ONLY intent to direct members to benefit their site. However links to relative content to the discussion will be allowed. (Example I saw this good review about that type of AEG here. www.otherairsoftpromotionalsite.com .)
F) Pornography, nudity, adult, and sexual contained websites are prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content; links to such adult content elsewhere are also prohibited.
G) Topics or links to sites that include or promote any illegal activity, such as Wares or Cracking sites, are also prohibited.
H) MIDWEST AIRSOFTERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALLOW OR DISALLOW EVENT ORGANIZERS THE RIGHT TO POST EVENT INFORMATION ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. Midwest Airsofters ALSO RESERVEs THE RIGHT TO DELETE POSTS REFERENCING EVENT INFORMATION ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
Section 4.2 – Rules for Moderators / Admin
A) Moderators and Admin, upon encountering a post or situation which may violate any of the rules or codes of conduct for this site, will post a response which lists the violation specifically then lock the thread. This thread will then be moved to the THREAD JAIL portion of the forum where it will be saved for posterity. *note, when possible please split the topic and move the offending post and the response to the thread jail only. In this instance you will put up a post in the remaining thread summarizing the sequence of events that transpired.
B) Moderators will be held to the same standards as all other members of the forum. If for any reason at any time a moderator is found to be in violation of the codes of conduct of this forum, that moderator may have his status changed and the thread locked and moved to the thread jail.
C) Admin reserves the right to ban members and event organizers for any violation of any rules of this forum for time periods of their choosing including permanent removal from the forum.
